Thanks for the suggestion! As @rvr62 pointed out below this is a complicated feature to implement in terms of the backend functionality as well as the user interface. If we enable multiple venues then we'd also want a way to assign bands to specific venues and a way to display all of that on the concert pages. We are talking about doing something similar with multi-day concerts where you could assign bands to different days, so once we have that, we may be able to extend that functionality to the multiple venue use-case as well. We'll look into that but this likely won't rise to be a high priority for quite awhile.
The current recommendation is to create a separate concert listing for each venue.

While it’s possible to add a band to a concert multiple times currently, it doesn’t function the way you would expect (as some people have pointed out in the comments).
In particular, if you add the band twice, it still only counts as seeing them once in your stats. There are also some other minor things like when you mark one of the instances seen/unseen it automatically marks all instances for that band.
This is on our roadmap to fix but since it’s a fairly rare situation it’s pretty low on our list at the moment behind things like data cleanup, etc.

As far as I can see you can add a band twice to the same concert, but on your profile it still counts it once in the Top Bands section. For example, I saw Canshaker Pi twice at Best Kept Secret Festival, which adds up to 11 times. However it says I've sen the band 10 times: https://www.concertarchives.org/teunversteeg/bands/canshaker-pi--2

This is a good idea and would definitely be a good improvement to the spreadsheet export feature (possibly 1 column for bands seen and 1 column for bands not seen). There are a lot of other items on our roadmap though, so it probably won't happen for quite awhile.

Definitely seconding this. I'd be totally fine with not having the bands I haven't seen in my export at all.
I'd also be okay with having an extra column with a boolean kind of 'true or false' for seen or not seen, however that would require having all bands in an individual row in the first place. I currently split the column to rows to achieve that, but afterwards I'm not able to filter out the bands I haven't seen.

We’re going to be working on features specific to festivals and will likely add this. It’s going to be a bit before that but it’s on the road map!

Yeah, I'm usually not sure what to do here. I either create different concert for each location or just lump them together unmder the main venue (e.g. TivoliVredenburg in the case of Le Guess Who).
The first one costs quite a lot of work and also increases the number of concerts by a lot in the case of a festival like Le Guess Who, as you'd have like 6 different concerts for one festival.
The second option causes you to lose info on where the show actually took place.
