Wishlist for bands you want to see
It would be useful if there was a way to add a wishlist of bands that you want to see, with:
1. A way to see where they are currently playing.
2. Get notifications when they announce a tour locally.
3. The ability to see if your friends/followers have/haven't seen the bands on your wishlist.3 votes -
Change the display for show headliners
At the moment all artists who played the gig display on the header for a concert (seperated by dashes). I think it would make more sense to have the headline act as the main artist (text displayed bigger), then underneath it have the support acts.

Filter photos and videos by artist and song in the setlist
When uploading a video or photo, I think it would be cool if users could tag it based on the name of the artist and the song from the setlist (or have it tagged by the community later if they don't know). Then when using the app, users could click/tap on the song in the artist setlist and be shown photos/footage of that specific song. It would be a good way to seperate out content where there are lots of artists/songs etc.

Alerts on Venues/Bands
Option to favorite artists and venues and get notified when they are performing.

Option to unlink setlist from a concert
Give the possibility to not link the setlist automatically, especially for early/late/VIP concert types

"Tickets" WE NEED PHYSICAL TICKETS BACK
Work on a way to create "Concert Archives" tickets for those of us who miss physical tickets for collector/scrapbook purposes.
It could look like a standard ticket with artist name, location, date, etc. but make it "Concert Archives" branded to skip any legal fuss. I can't speak for everyone but I think people would pay to be able to get something that resembles a physical ticket to modern-day shows!

BAND NAME
I suggest when we enter the "band name" a list from multiple spotify artists appear for the band so we can choose the band we are reffering to. Because the band that is listed on the concert is often different. A lot of bands have the same name you know.

Notes field on artist level
At the moment, the notes field is on concert level. It would be nice to have an additional, optional notes field on artist level of a concert to enter information about special sets etc

Auto add from emails
I’ve been to hundreds of concerts and manually adding them all would be a slow and tedious task.
It would be amazing if a user could (temporarily) grant access to their inbox, and the site automatically adds all the concerts they’ve been to based on emails from ticket vendors.
Alternatively, even if the user had to export the emails manually and upload them and then the site does the rest.. that would still be a huge time saver.
Maybe not an easy thing to implement but AI these days could probably do most the work.

Select how many days you were at a festival
With the new longest streaks feature, it is stating on profiles that a user was there for the whole festival spanning over multiple days by default - with no way to despite how many/what days you were present. Any option to specify would be greatly appreciated :-)

an option to duplicate an existing concert when a show in a tour is missing
Duplicate a concert when a show in a tour is missing, this way you just have to change the date and location for the new concert and you don't have to add all bands.

Include number of instances along with suggested names when entering data
When entering data such as band name, venue or location suggested names pop up when typing. This is helpful, but would be enhanced by adding number of instances in parentheses. This allows the user to choose the most popular name for that entry.
For example, if I were entering “Boardwalk Hall”, a venue in Atlantic City, I would see:
Jim Whelan Boardwalk Hall (325); Boardwalk Hall (107); Atlantic City Boardwalk (8)This is all the same venues, but I could make the assumption that Jim Whelan Boardwalk Hall is the consensus favorite.

Make a Festival different to a concert
They can still show up in the “add concerts” but i thought it’d be cool to make it more user friendly and its own thing. Things like: Having bands automatically off and select the ones you see, an interface of which days you went, and things like that. It could make festivals a lot easier on here and more user friendly instead of having 100 extra bands in your stats 😂

Allow “Historian” users to edit band pages
I see a lot of small local bands and I find it somewhat frustrating when I look at a bands page just for all the info about them to be dead wrong. I would love it if trusted users with the “Historian” label could edit the band pages so they’re accurate. (I say trusted users to prevent spam and misinformation)

Allow users to rank music venues
Music venues vary so much, and deserve to be rated on their own (separate from a concert). Things like sound, lights, bar area, layout, temperature, bathrooms, etc matter a ton.
Also it would let users read and plan ahead. “Okay I have to get here X-minutes early to get a good view”, “sounds like the best views are on the left side of the stage”. “Okay they have 2 bars, and one of them had good views”

I would like to link my attended concerts with another user who is also at those concerts. For example, if my friend and I both attend the same show, I want to know that he was there with me. Eventually. I could have an entire list of shows that we did together

I have unfollowed someone but he/she is still following me. I don't want he/she to follow me anymore. Is it possible to remove a folllower ?

Add option to attend to concert as a musician instead of crowd
As a musician, some of the concerts and festivals I have attended in the past are because I acted in one of the bands. This add an extra feature to the Archive, as it doesn't only counts as a personal archive of the gigs I've been to, but also the ones from my band.

Open app to same page that is shown on website
When I follow a link from an email, it opens CA website and then when I click on “open in app” at the top, it currently just opens the app with no navigation. I would like it to navigate to the same page as I’m looking at on the website.

Location for all anniversary shows and anniversaries coming up
I get email and push notifications on an anniversary of a show but is there someone in the app that shows it? Like in News Feed or Notifications? Would be cool to see an area where it shows current anniversaries and anniversaries coming up
