(Especially since I'm rapidly approaching my posting limit here...)
Preferably one like discourse where I could receive messages and respond via email.

YESSS, link concertgoers together so they can answer their questions about the shows amongst themselves and make new friends 💕 Also, updates on the status of upgrades on the app/website would be great.

I'm more interested in using the forum to discuss concertarchives itself, but yeah... This uservoice thing is pretty limited.
