Add a time field in addition to date
Being able to indicate the time of the show in addition to the date would be beneficial. I'm still just beginning to enter my concerts, and I have already encountered a couple of times where this would have been helpful.
Reasons/Examples:
1) Some artists will do 2 shows on the same day when there's enough demand to add an additional show, but not enough days on their schedule to add extras. E.g. Garth Brooks doing multiple shows on same day - a 1:00 pm and a 7:30pm on a Saturday. Two separate shows & separate tickets = a need for…10 votesWe're working on this!
One thing we've found is that entering a time can be kind of subjective though. For example some people might enter the time that the doors open, or when the concert was scheduled to start, or when the concert actually started, or when the headliner went on.
Rather than give the option to enter any time, our plan is to add options for "Non-Standard Times". For example if the concert was an "Early Show" or an "After Party" or a "VIP Soundcheck". That sort of thing.
Our hope is that solves the problem of false-positive duplicate concerts being merged together because they share all the same date/location/venue/band while also not creating a bunch of "real duplicate" concerts due to slightly mismatched times.

Allow advanced search options
An option for an advanced Songkick search where you could enter your search data in corresponding fields. For example, there's a band called Phoenix and a venue called Phoenix, so searching the Songkick database for Phoenix brings back all shows at the venue PLUS all the shows from the band.

Disable bands from concert entries in which the band was listed but did not play
Provide a specific function that allows users to disable bands from concert entries in which the band was listed on the ticket, poster, marketing, etc but did not play the event, cancelled, etc. For example, Hot Snakes were listed on all advertising material for Riot Fest 2018 but did not play even though Riot Fest 2018 went on as an event. This being said, this function should be unique so that users aren't creating concerts that were cancelled. We don't need a database of concerts that were announced, cancelled, and that no one saw.

Indicate which search results are already in your archive
When searching for a past concert, I would like to see a flag to indicate which of the results I've already added to my archive -- or even have them eliminated entirely from the returned list.

Add a space for gig posters- maybe collaborate with another site (expressobeans.com or similar)
In addition to going to shows I enjoy collecting the gig posters from the shows- I don't think I'm alone. It's a peripheral space to tracking the concerts themselves but I don't think I'm alone. In particular like tracking the limited release gig-specific releases.

Appreciate the suggestion!

Group together Venues that have changed names
Venues change names over the years do to new ownership, remodels or sponsor changes. There should be option to link former venue names together cause it is the same place. Example Blockbuster Desert Sky Pavillion changed to Cricket Pavillion, then Ashley Home Furnature Pavillion, now it is Ak-Chin Pavillion (All Same Place). So now you've seen 30 shows at the same venue instead of 5 shows at six different named venues!

Add a rating system
I think it would be great to see opinions of shows from other users. goodreads.com has a 1-5 stars feature that works really well and has been valuable for me

Help needed Button
"Help request" (not via forum). It would be great to have something like a button or hint on the concert I create, because I still need help with some of the details. "Concert for band XXy - can anybody still remember the name of the support"?

Auto Fill is Optional
Auto fill of venues and band names is often incorrect and does not allow editing. For instance. I saw U2 at Exeter University in 1980, but they played in the Student Union, not The Great Hall. Auto fill only allows me to enter The Great Hall under Exeter University. Likewise, the band Julian recently opened for Partner at DC9 in Washington, DC. Auto fill won’t let me add Julian - only Julianna Hatfield.

Ability to Make Upcoming Concerts Private on a public profile.
Would be great if it was possible to make any upcoming shows private. I like the idea of being able to have what I've been to in the past viewable and be listed as an attendee etc, but upcoming gigs is a little different so would be a cool feature to be able to have them private until the event is here or has happened and then have it listed on my public profile then.

streamline autofill
Streamline autofill. Some bands have capitalization issues. Some cities have areas listed that aren't real cities. Some venues are listed in different ways.
