FAQ: What is a 'Historian' user?
To recognize users who contribute a lot in terms of documenting concerts and helping improve the data, we award them 'Historian' status.
Examples of this are:
- Users who add a substantial amount of photos/videos to concerts
- Users who add contextual notes or comments to concerts
- Users who submit requests to merge duplicate data
- Users who correct inaccurate/missing concert data
The main perks to Historian status are:
- You get an ad-free experience
- Your profile will randomly be featured on the homepage as a 'Featured Historian'
- There is a 'Historian' badge on your profile
- We hope to add 'power user' features for Historians in the future.
