Allow for setlist refresh without having to edit concert
Without having to go into edit concert, navigate to advanced settings and check the box; I believe it would be better if we could just have a setlist refresh button if possible.

This is completed. There is now a link on the main concert page to refresh the setlists rather than having to edit the concert. Thanks for the suggestion!
