Add feature to post what items you got
Add a section where you can either say whether you got a T-shirt or other merch at the show or a setlist/pick/drumstick.

The best place to put this info would be as a Comment on the concert page. If you have a photo/video you can also tag that photo/video as ‘Merch’.
